Today’s guest is an award-winning global entrepreneur, worldwide motivational speaker, bestselling author, Hollywood film producer, producer of a Grammy Award-winning jazz album, and Executive Producer of an Emmy Award-winning television show. Jeff Hoffman is the Chairman of the Global Entrepreneurship Network and the Managing Partner of Jeff Hoffman Advisory Services. Jeff shares why leaders need to focus on building other leaders, when entrepreneurs need to think about hiring, and what you need to do when everything’s going fine for your business.

  • If you can’t afford a full-time person to fill a role, it’s better to hire a fractional person for that role than it is to have no one in that role.
  • The three most dangerous words in business are, “we’re doing fine.” If you look around and you’re comfortable, you need to start thinking about what’s going to come, what are you not seeing, etc.
