In this episode, I talk with Sarah Conover who started out as a Vestibular Physical Therapist (Dizziness Expert) and later on delved into the correlation between dizziness and anxiety. She now works as a coach and a Vestibular Therapist. She beautifully explains the role of the inner ear and its interconnections with other body parts and functions, different types of dizziness, the crossover of dizziness and anxiety, and her way of working with dizziness patients. Dizziness can be of many different forms, of which the chronic dizziness related to the inner ear is more likely to develop anxiety in patients. Sometimes it’s hard for women to figure out whether dizziness is causing the anxiety or it’s the other way around. This is exactly what this podcast episode is about! Tune in and listen to the pearls of wisdom she shared with us.
