My goal is to help you build habits peacefully so that you can impact your world powerfully.

In the Hello Mornings Daily Podcast, I share a simple tip based on our monthly theme and then I close the podcast with our 3-Minute Morning Routine.

THE 3-MINUTE MORNING
God Time: Pray Psalm 143: 8 (Minute 1)
Plan Time: Prayerfully Review Your Calendar (Minute 2)
Move Time: Take 5-10 Deep Breaths (Minute 3)

That's it! Adjust as needed and use as your pathway to a growing morning habit!
