I am so excited to bring back the amazing midwife, Chavah Meira BenZion for a second episode.
The only thing more fun that getting two homebirth midwifes together for a shmooze....is getting to do that again!!
Chavah and chatted all about the postpartum time period. What to do, what not to do....and how we can be our own best friend during this most important season of life.
Then we took a deep dive into demystifying the word "tearing." What does it actually mean to "tear" in childbirth? What is an episiotomy anyway? How can this be avoided / healed.....basically everything you didn't know that you needed to know!!
