This week's is all about LIFE TRANSITIONS. Think about--what interrupts your ability to consistently hit a protein goal, or regularly get to the gym? It's not the actual fitnes stuff--it's the life stuff: It's moving; it's kids activities; it's your job; it's family obligations; it's dinner with friends. All good things (most of the time, hopefully). Yet, we put all of our energy into the doing of the habits required to get to our weight loss goals. While that's necessary of course, it begs the question: is our mindset centered on the right stuff?
Coach Krysta shares how much she questions this idea when clients tend to fall off or leave the program due to busyness and overwhelm.
