Coach Krysta is joined in studio this week with guest Brian Bott. Brian is a fellow Jersey resident (who also loves Rook Coffee just as much as Coach Krysta), and founder of two fitness studios in Rumson and Colts Neck NJ: Aspire Fitness. Aspire's mission to create an environment and culture that best promotes the success of each of its members. Having both worked in traditional big box gyms, Bott and his team became increasingly frustrated with the emphasis of flooding the gym with cheap memberships that rely on the member not showing up to make the business work. Aspire set out to make a change and deliver clients the programming they need for REAL, lasting results. Every member at Aspire Fitness is a VIP. Whether you just take group classes, train privately 4 times per week with a coach, or are just dropping in for a workout with a friend, Aspire guarantees that its coaches and staff are there to make sure you are getting closer to your goals.

- How the fitness and wellenss industry has elvolved to make it harder and more confusing to lose weight and get strong
