Hi, just a heads up, this week’s episode is a bit different. I sat down on my very first Instagram live and had a very casual, fun and honest conversation with my friend Christina Emmerson about what life looks like for each of our families right now during this pandemic, what has changed, the high’s and low’s, what are some things that we are doing to get through this season and some ideas for taking care of ourselves during this stressful time. There’s a lot of laughter, and a lot of inspiration there for Mums who are busy taking care of their family and also want to take care of themselves.

Christina and her husband Ricky are the Lead Pastors of Life Church on the Sunshine Coast, Qld, Australia. They have two beautiful girls aged 6 and 3. Our kids are growing up together and Nina is a good friend of mine. She’s such a blessing to me and I know that she will be such a blessing to you too.
