Today’s guest is Jeff Conaway, who led the Shiloh Christian football team to an Arkansas state championship this fall for the first time in his seven years as head coach (2:00). Since his hire in 2014, he has worked to establish a culture that helps players grow spiritually (4:30), academically (6:45), socially (8:55) and athletically (11:55).
