Sophie and I met when she reached out to me to help her shop for her own headshot photo shoot. Naturally, that's where our conversation starts with what it felt like for her to engage a stylist and what it feels like now that she has a completely new wardrobe. But it doesn't end there we talk in detail about Sophie's own struggles with her self-image, seeing herself in photos and holding space for clients who are feeling the exact same insecurities, how she has the courage to show up in her business and on video every day and what a difference investing in herself has made to her business, family and life.
