How do we parent using healthy (and productive) communication styles? How do we do this when there are identity, experience, or relationship "boxes" into which society wants to put everyone? What role might "diplomacy" play? Well in this episode, Yarona speaks with David who lived the life of a diplomat, and a diplomat who had to negotiate the LGBTQ+ space without many of the resources we have today.
David Kincaid is a Communications Coach who helps clients communicate with clarity and decide with confidence. Through a holistic approach he connects clients with their values and inner selves. His own journey has taken him from homelessness to working as a diplomat in Indonesia. Mr. Kincaid has visited more than 50 countries, consulted with hundreds of companies, and has worked with think tanks, governments, and special interest groups across the planet.
