It’s time to reflect on Q2. Today’s episode is part one of my April, May, and June recap. It was a season of CEO-level decisions. From simplifying my business structure to attaining significant goals, I share the milestone moments in my business.
I started Q2 on a retreat in Bali, where I attained the incredible goal of time freedom. I was able to coach from halfway across the globe because I wanted to, not because I needed to. That freedom is why I left medicine and why I am an entrepreneur.
Then, a few shakeups left me reorganizing the business. I simplified to become more efficient by cutting team members but adding specialists.
I stretched myself and put myself out there in a vulnerable way. The result: I was invited to be on Sarah Jakes Roberts’ podcast.
Finally, right before I left for the Audacious Retreat, God led me to listen to a particular sermon, and I discovered the Kingdom of God. Everything changed. It blew my brain up in the best way possible.
