In this deep dive I sat down with Laura Aitken from Eye of The Wheel.
Laura was not always the calm, empowered, and wise energy that she is now. Prior to discovering yoga and mediation, she was anxious, indecisive, and was constantly looking externally for validation. It was one day on the yoga mat during her yoga teacher training where she sat down to meditate that she first felt that feeling of inner joy. After becoming certified in yoga teacher training she then dove head first into meditation through the Chopra Centre.
