Burnout it happens to the best of us. Whether it's our work, our personal life, or just simply going after the goals were trying to achieve, we can sometimes lose ourselves in the process much to our own detriment. Most people recover from burnout by spending time with family and friends or taking a relaxing vacation, however this episode's guest recovered from burnout by starting his own business. Kevin M Rose Jr is the owner of Unplugged Essentials a company that curates experiences that stimulate the body and mind, through its line of hemp infused recovery soak and skincare products. In this episode I sit down with Kevin and talk about the importance of self-care and recovery, mastering the art of the pivot, the difficulties of working within the CBD space, how to approach collaborations, and why he's not the typical business owner within the wellness space. And it all started with a trip to a flotation center.
