I have a hard time staying out of solving mode. My team members/clients just go into the wrong direction so many times, and then I just have to step in and tell them. What should I do?” I find this such an interesting question and example of how we grow as a coach. In my view, it is also deeply related to the concept of the ‘coaching mindset’.
