You ask for a pay rise, or perhaps you negotiate a salary during application, but you get a 'no' in reply. You don't get what you asked for. What do you do?
Following on from the previous episode which covered the basic, but oft forgotten steps you should take to give you the best offer, this episode is about what you need to do in order to negotiate more effectively and get the deal you want.
