From the age of 13, Selden had been experiencing body aches. She was given ADHD medication and depression medication and eventually became addicted to the thing that keeping her afloat. At 35 she discovered she had an autoimmune disorder which spiraled her into a spiritual awakening and caused her to speak out about trauma and what truly causes disease in the body.
