Mark is not only incredible in what he accomplishes in his running endeavors, but in his ability to coach 48 athletes, hold down a full time job in marketing, training 80+miles per week, and being there for his family.
But he wasn't always this way. At age 20, Mark had crippling anxiety, depression, and low self confidence despite being a successful soccer player at a high level. He was uncomfortable in social situations and in public. Now, 10 years later, he's a powerful advocate in the mental health community and an inspiration to thousands of people.
