The tale told often is of rejection and defeat. But what if the ending was for your good and for a life much richer than you could imagine? Listen to my conversation with Kalley Niebuhr as we talk about how she went from Hollywood to Wilmywood and from producing TV shows to producing children's books. Her incredible journey and getting "bamboozled" by God into the life of her dreams.

• Grew up with parents who encouraged looking for her "God given gift"
• Storytelling and creating stories was an immediate passion and calling she identified
• But took a pivot to TV and Hollywood, regardless of whether it was best for her
• What brought you joy and comfort in your past, can still bring you comfort in the present
• Adapting and changing these moments to align with your life and what matters is so important
• Kalley is taking these childhood moments and bringing them to life with her Husband Cole. Learning what they want to enjoy and create together
• God will force the door closed if you are not listening
• The nudge and whisper from God will continue as he calls you closer to him and what he is calling you too
• Fighting against the noise and the opinions of others is key to staying on the path to what you are called to
• Resting allows you to be present in your calling, but also rebuilding to who you need to be
• Learning to say no or when you say yes and it doesn't serve you, be ok to say no
• Learn to pause and assess your commitments so you don't overcommit, set the boundary
• Storytelling in L.A. was not the way, but storytelling was STILL Kalley's calling
• Kalley has partnered with her mother to create a children's book and publishing company
• How Kalley has been called in this season is generational- and will continue to impact her children and her family for years to come
