Dr. Jamie Rutland discusses the role of biologic therapy in COPD. He explains that type 2 inflammation, characterized by the presence of eosinophils, is a key factor in COPD. He also discusses the use of biologics to target this inflammation and reduce exacerbations in COPD patients.
