Episode 6 - In this episode I will discuss with you how to start feeling less anxious. I have suffered with severe anxiety and stress in my life through working too hard and becoming burnt out. I will be discussing the importance of talking to a friend who might be able to support you but more importantly you feel and listen to your emotions. We then focus on balancing the four key areas which are: Our Mind, Body, Spiritual awareness and the environment.
