In this episode, Kris Sykes and Brian Goldsack talk to David Cross, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer for Oracle. David talks about his illustrious career, starting from serving in the US Navy and his transition to the IT sector, where he worked for industry giants such as Microsoft and Google. David: “Everything's connected to the internet. That's why we say the internet of things. And I think that's one of the challenges that we're all facing in society is that everything is now connected. You know, everything is using a chip. Everything has software, and that means everything needs to be protected.”
David: "My power is that I have the best work-life choice, right. Is that I am able to make the choices that I want into what I do in my career when I do in my life. And I'm happy about it."
