Charles Maygard is a self-proclaimed unconventional leader whose strategic thinking and real-world experience have led to continuous growth during his tenure as the 3rd-generation owner of Armour Equipment, a Calgary-based scaffolding contractor. His people-first approach to leadership emphasizes humility and collaboration, while his years navigating the tumultuous Calgary construction market with integrity have earned him the respect of his peers as one of the industry’s best employers. A family man at heart, he has been with his wife for 25 years, and together they have three teenage daughters. Outside of work, you can find him at his favorite yoga studio, on the slopes, or chauffeuring his daughters to their many activities.
