Resilience is the quality of being able to adapt to stressful life changes and “bouncing back” from hardship. Resilience is a response to tragedy, crisis, or other life-altering changes that allows us to move on despite the loss. As you prepare for the battles and challenges of life, you must develop the habit of resilience using two useful ingredients: personal resources and how you think.
2 Corinthians 4: 8-9:" We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed; (2 Corinthians 4: 8-9)
