Welcome back. This is week two of everything you ever wanted to know about skincare but didn't know who to ask. Okay, that's not the title, but I like that title.

Skin health is more than just expensive products. It’s about focusing on the basics that truly work and it doesn’t have to be expensive. Today, we're doing a deep dive into more things that we can do to keep our skin looking great all the time.

We’re talking about skin health, beauty and everything you need to know. We’re diving into sun protection, sleep, sugar, Antioxidants, Omega-3 fatty acids, and protein. You don’t want to miss it!
