Taya is a tenured Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Business Ethics at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, and she holds a courtesy appointment in the Department of Social and Decision Sciences.

Her research focuses on honesty, ethical behavior, moral character, negotiation, and conflict management.

Taya’s work has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, BBC, NPR, and TIME magazine, among other outlets.
