Healing from Heartbreak with Sara Avant Stover
Manage episode 426583917 series 3540099
Sara and I had a deep conversation about the heartbreak journeys she experienced and how she was able to move through some of the darkest nights of the soul. We talked about how trying to be positive can be a way to get stuck in grief. She talks about the Internal Family Systems and how it helped her transform to the wonderful teacher and mentor she is today.
