Heart leadership is the skill of connecting to a deeper part of our self that provides emotional data for insights, inspiration and decision making. It is the doorway to our feelings and to our energy field. By shifting our consciousness into our heart, we can more readily access a vast field of information, improve our ability to read situations, connect to others in a much deeper way, improve dialogue, motivation, and empowerment.

Sandra Pinnington is a speaker, certified Executive and Team Coach and founder of the Women Leaders Association. Her expertise is in bringing the heart back into the workplace and inspiring leaders to find their courage, passion and calling and inspire others to do the same.
Sandra is an avid fan of personal and spiritual development. She has spent over 20 years working with some of the best people in their field, in the UK and in the USA. She has overcome many setbacks in life, healed a lot of past traumas and is now living her best and most fulfilling life.
