Isn’t it crazy how, when life takes an unexpected turn and the outcome is not what we wanted, we can experience all kinds of emotional and mental turmoil: fear, anger, frustration, the list goes on? When was the last time you had a bit of meltdown after life conspired against your expectations?

Throughout the ages, Buddhist mystics have said that most of our suffering comes from our attachment to particular outcomes in life. To prevent this suffering, they developed a spiritual practice that I want to explore this weekend. Trust me, we all could benefit from it. I’ll see you Sunday in the “Gym”.
