In this episode I share a simple, yet highly effective 4-step recipe for learning MTB Skills (and motor skills in general). I developed this protocol based on neuroscience, sports science and have been applying it my daily experience as a MTB Skills Coach, International Instructor Trainer and Graduate Mental Trainer for years. I also share why some people progress quickly and safely, while others stagnate and/or develop fear in technical trails.
