As a nutrition and fitness coach, his focus is on the individual and helping them incorporate the habits they need from a nutrition and fitness point that works with their lifestyle, and not against it. In addition to being a nutrition coach his mission is to help people reach their full potential in their training and fitness goals by helping them prepare and have a goal to work towards.
