Execution is a specific set of behaviors and techniques that LEADERS need to master in order to have competitive advantage, get things done and have personal and professional success.
Authors Larry Bossidy (GE CEO) and Ram Charan (Global Business Strategist) In their book EXECUTION - THE DISCIPLINE OF GETTING THINGS DONE - discuss Execution as a discipline of its own; meaning there’s a rhythm that needs to be developed over time.
The authors have worked with hundreds of companies and they put their experience into this book.
