Episode 13 of the ‘Redirection With Terri-Karelle’ podcast is probably one of the most powerful, not because of struggles but because of the willingness to acknowledge the weak areas, the willingness to say “I need a lot of work”, the willingness to put oneself out there and mine for feedback.
