Why would people follow the rules and guidelines you have put forward for them if it's too hard to even find the information before they can follow it? What's in it for them? Why should they care?
I talk in this episode about the story of the person I refer to as 'the governance guy' and how he tried unsuccessfully to get users to follow some guidelines and policies which were critical to their organization.
