Ms. Berrien has over 20 yrs of experience in the energy sector working extensively with industrial and commercial clients on business and energy management projects. In the last 5 yrs, she as worked in the energy sector helping to optimize business operatons. In 1995, she founded STRIVE, Inc. to help change the trajectory of at-risk youth. This year STRIVE celebrates 20 years of serving young people and families in PA and FL. Ms. Berrien has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and and Executive MBA from St. Joseph's University. She is not only a leader in the workplace but a leader in the community serving on numerous boards and committees that impact lives. Ms. Berrien lives her life mission by leaving the space she occupies better off than it was when she found it. This applies to her life both professionally and personally by helping to protect the environment and developing human assets. Ms. Berrien is the proud mother of 3 beautiful daughters. Ms. Berrien will share some GOLDEN NUGGETS on "influence" in the workplace.
