On Episode 9 of the Project podcast you will meet my new friend, Tesh!
Tesh is a former basketball athlete and graduated at the University of North Florida.
She founded a mental health foundation called StayWhole and a Mental Wellness Coaching business! She is working on a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She hopes you make a change in the mental health world and spread light in order to help others feel empowered and less alone. I think she’s doing that!
