In this episode we speak with the Chief's of Research & Evaluation. The previous leader who moved on to take a promotion, Laura Agnich Chavez and the present leader, Alex Garcia [influencer ; ) ] both amazing and intelligent leaders, passionate and dedicated to the work of Probation and the valuable staff that create the teams within Alameda County Probation.
In this episode we speak to transparency, safeguarding personally identifiable information, programmatic evaluations internally and externally and working to support our clients and our staff in a wholistic way.
