Todays topic is an area that many people struggle with and something that we may wonder why we do it and how we can do less of it.
Procrastination is the act of delaying or putting off a task that needs to be done, often for something less important or more enjoyable. It's a common behavior that everyone does from time to time, but it can become a problem when it negatively affects your well-being.
We discuss ways to overcome the amount of time you may be procrastinating, help recognise when you are procrastinating and how you can start to shift your mindset and put structures into place to be more productive. This will have a postive effect on how you are looking after yourself and your self-care practices.
