In this special episode we talk about taking care of our bodies. This includes preventing or reducing the chance that we're going to potentially get injured in the future.

One of the most important things that you can do to take care of your body is wear the right shoes, designed specifically for pickleball.

Now how and when does injury happen? Injury is really common when we're using muscles that we don't regularly use.

There are a few things that you can do to minimize the chances of injury. First thing may sound obvious but we don't do it enough and it's to take a few minutes to warm up. What you're doing by warming up is bringing your muscles up to temperatures so they're more resistant to injuries and better ready to do what you want them to do.

Listen to the full episode for more ideas on how to protect our bodies so that we can play pickleball as long as we want to, frequently and as many hours as possible.
