In this episode, Liz and Tim speak with Dr. Heidi Jannenga PT, DPT, ATC, physical therapist and co-founder of WebPT, regarding the difficult topic of inequity in health care for people of color. We discuss the problems of implicit bias, systemic racism, and the 90% problem in the PT profession. Heidi also provides some small ways we can all work to improve.
