Crystal Stonebreaker started her career at PWC as an auditor, but soon realized that she prefers working with people rather than numbers. She ran her own boutique recruiting firm and then went on to Google, Amazon, and Meta. Crystal’s most recent role was Director, Leadership Recruiting at Meta, where she led a team responsible for hiring Engineering Managers across North America and Canada. Earlier this year, she was part of the Meta layoffs that resulted in 80% of all recruiters losing their roles.
