Purpose is a crucial element in our work, it's what keeps us engaged and fulfilled.
Not having purpose is like using an impact drill as a bookend; it may look fine and do the job, but it's not reaching its full potential. That's what it's like when someone working OUTSIDE of their purpose. Your end up feeling lost and unfulfilled, like an impact drill being misused, when you don't align your interests, gifts, and passions with their work to make a meaningful difference.
