Krystal Taylor is a certified Tantra yoga instructor who specialises in educating and supporting individuals towards sexual wholeness. Krystal has been teaching yoga since 2011 and practicing Tantra since 2015. Her unique coaching approach involves sharing ancient yogic philosophy, ancestral practices, as well as her own sensual yet down to earth techniques. With these tools, clients can learn to use their sexual energy as a way to fuel their spiritual walk instead of working against it.

Krystal's own spiritual journey towards sexual healing began as a post-collegiate athlete trying to heal from hip injuries. In her quest to unlock her hips, she began to practice mind-body exercises like yoga and Tantra that enhanced her emotional intelligence and intuitive awareness. These practices not only led to an ever-evolving spiritual, but showed her how our sexual energy had the ability to hinder or enhance the conscious mind.
