To me, it’s so interesting to hear things like self awareness, support networks, identity and scheduling time for rest and recovery in our days, weeks, months and years, all pop up as a common theme across many of the episodes, So I thought why not expand on a few of those topics in today’s episode. These are all really important things that can provide a benefit to both our physical and mental health along with adding the building blocks to help you all on your self improvement journeys. I don’t think it’s ever just one thing or one quick fix, I believe it’s a combination of little daily tasks that when done over time, accumulate to bigger successes and feelings of growth and accomplishment.
