In this episode I had the privilege of having Campbell Will, come on to talk to us about his journey, all things breathing and health optimization. Campbell shares some amazing wisdom with us and delves deep into his integrative approach to help people with stress, anxiety, performance and pain. I personally got so much out of the chat and I hope you all do too.

- Breathing techniques to deal with stress and anxiety
- The Whim Hoff breathing technique
- Sunshine triangle breathing
- The importance of a 3 step self check in to help awareness of the breath
- Long exhales help slow the heart rate down
