In this first Episode under the theme " Your Life, Your Shot" where he shares with us his story of leaving his university at the age of 19, to help keep his father's business running after his father had passed away and to support the family and his brothers education.
Mr. Ashraf tells us about how he managed to grow a small business to 60 staff to 3000+ today and how did he and his business live through Covid, political tensions, technology improvement and how does he maintain his leadership and relationship with his people.
