One of the first muscles I noticed improving for me was concentration. The ability to choose what I wanted to pay attention to. This is extremely helpful on the basketball court and off it. You don’t have to let your mind be unconsciously hijacked by whatever thought comes along. No matter the stress of sport or life. You don’t have to wait for the circumstances to be perfect to change what's going on inside your mind. You can do this by paying attention to a different part of your experience.
