We all have to go through grief and learn lessons that we take with us for the rest of our lives. Some of those lessons are not easy and can nearly break us. Remember you are not alone, there is always someone who will help you, even if it seems like there is no recovering. If you are one who has come out of one of those lessons, share and help someone who may be lonely, but still smiles on. Slow down and listen be an ear, be a helping hand, because you'll never know when you'll be the one who needs help in your own troubled waters.

- - - This episode is dedicated to "Mary", the lady I met at Assateague Beach, Virginia and took her picture in her red bathing suit and white top. She lost her nephew in Oct 2021 to suicide. He was part of the US Coast Guard; she said 'he loved the ocean, it was his life.' She was participating in a Suicide Prevention Walk organized by her niece, his sister, to take a walk and share the picture. May peace find a way to healing these broken hearts.
