On this episode we had Brittney Moses and this conversation was so incredibly helpful for so many people navigating their own well being and spiritual growth. Brittney is currently a Psychology Student and Research Assistant at UCLA. She is also a certified recovery support group facilitator with NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness and a Crisis Counselor with the Crisis Textline. Her heart and passion to help people navigate through their own trauma and life circumstances to become a healthier more genuine version of themselves comes out in everything she does. In our conversation we discussed stigmas of mental illness in the church, and how Christians can navigate through these to gain a better understanding of how Psychology and emotional well being plays a huge role in Discipleship.
