Brian McDonough is a 25 year veteran of the Fitness Industry. He is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Martial Arts Instructor, Weightlifting Coach, and Youth Fitness Coach. His clientele has ranged from youth, senior citizens, athletic competitors, law enforcement, professional actors, military personnel and everyday people who want to get in shape and take care of their health.
Chantell Arraial is an actress and singer who has performed in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade (2004) with America Sings, and in Disney on Cinderella’s Castle (2006) with the same group consisting of voices from all across the country. Her most recent accomplishments include singing back up vocals for Josh Groban on his Bridges tour, winning the Motif award and Broadway World Regional Theatre Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Musical, West Side Story (Anita), and she was recently seen as Roxie Hart in Stadium Theatre’s Production of Chicago.
