On this episode Dr. Soumare talks about recently going viral regarding speaking on the residency pay gap and the unfortunate physical and mental sacrifices many residents tackle on. With being 500K in debt and many uncertanties in line as a resident, it is important to be vocal. So may issues need to be addressed!
